- Participation is open worldwide
- Individual and team participation are both allowed
- Teams must follow all submission deadlines
- All submitted projects must be original work
- Plagiarism or copied projects will result in disqualification
- Previously published projects are not allowed unless significantly improved during the hackathon
- Participants may use open-source libraries and APIs
- AI-assisted tools are allowed if properly disclosed

Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Participants are expected to:
- Treat everyone professionally and respectfully
- Maintain ethical behavior during the event
- Avoid abusive or harmful conduct
- Follow all platform and community guidelines
Violation of these rules may lead to removal from the hackathon.
